RESOLUTION

Replace the large DL with two or more smaller DLs and then import the PAB to your Contacts folder.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

MORE INFORMATION

This problem does not occur when you import a large DL to a Contacts folder located in a Personal Folders (PST) file.
