SYMPTOMS

When printing a multi-page mail message to an Hewlet Packard HP6L printer, only the first page prints properly. All subsequent pages print only the page number.

RESOLUTION

Change the printer resolution to 300 dpi, or change to a different printer driver, such as the driver for the HP5P or HP4L.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
