SYMPTOMS

The Routing and Remote Access Server (RRAS) computer may stop responding to incoming calls after a while.

CAUSE

This problem is caused by an insufficient buffer size problem in Kmddsp.tsp.

RESOLUTION

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Windows NT 4.0. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT version 4.0 Service Pack 5.
