FP2000: Preview Window Does Not Display Page When Low on Disk Space (219880)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Preview tab and your computer is low on hard disk space, the Preview window does not load even if disk space has been cleared.

CAUSE

After FrontPage has determined that hard disk space is low, the Preview window does not display the page.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
  1. Save and close the open page.
  2. Quit FrontPage.
  3. Clear some hard disk space.

    NOTE: If you are no longer using some applications, you can use Add/Remove in the Control Panel to remove these applications.
  4. Start FrontPage and open the Web. Preview the page you want to preview.
