FP2000: Menu, Toolbar Icons Have Black Background on Windows 98 with ATI Video Adapter (219582)

When you use FrontPage 2000 on a computer that is running Windows 98 and has the ATI Rage II 3D video adapter installed, the menu or toolbar icons may be displayed with a black background.
RESOLUTION
Use either method to resolve this problem. Method 1: Install a Current Version of the ATI Driver
Install the ATI driver version 4.10.2411 or later.

Method 2: Turn Off Hardware Acceleration for the Driver- On the Start menu, point to Settings and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click the Display icon.
- In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab.
- Click Advanced and then click the Performance tab.
- Set the Hardware Graphics setting to None.
- Click Apply and then click OK.
- Click Close.
- When prompted to restart the computer, click Yes.
