Unable to Play a DVD Using MediaMatics' DVD Express Program (218738)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to play a DVD from Live-Entertainment using MediaMatics' DVD Express program, DVD Express may display a black screen.

CAUSE

This problem can occur because of a problem with the Qdvd.dll file in Microsoft Windows 98.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install Microsoft Windows Media Player version 6.1 or later, or upgrade to Internet Explorer version 5 or later. To obtain and install either of these programs, please view the following Microsoft Web site, and then follow the instructions on the screen:
