OL2000: Error Message: "Out of memory or system resources ..." Accepting Meeting Request (218333)

SYMPTOMS

When you accept a meeting request and send the response, you may receive the following error messages if you are using Outlook on Microsoft Windows NT:
Microsoft Outlook
Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.
When you click OK to the error message and close the meeting request, the meeting request is deleted.

CAUSE

This problem can occur when the following registry key is missing or damaged:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones

RESOLUTION

Reinstall Windows NT to repair the missing or damaged registry settings. The Time Zone subkey depends on settings you chose during Setup; therefore the simplest means to recreate those settings is to reinstall the operating system.
