OL2000: Timex Beepware Pro Watch Does not Synchronize with Outlook (218202)

When you attempt to synchronize your Timex Beepware Pro watch with Outlook, it may beep as if synchronizing but no data is transferred.
CAUSE
The Timex Data Link software supplied with this version of Outlook does not support the Beepware Pro watch.
RESOLUTION
There is no resolution to this problem with Outlook 2000. The Outlook Data Link software supplied with the Microsoft Office 97 ValuPack does work with the Timex Beepware Pro watch and Outlook 97.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
