You cannot print a background graphic that is included on an Excel worksheet (213977)

SYMPTOMS

When you print a worksheet that contains a background graphic, the graphic is not printed. The background graphic is also not displayed in print preview.

CAUSE

Background graphics cannot be printed in Microsoft Excel.

MORE INFORMATION

To add a graphic to the background of an Excel worksheet, click Sheet on the Format menu, and then click Background. Select the graphic that you want to appear as the sheet background, and then click OK.
