When you right-click an image on a Web page, the Copy Shortcut command may be unavailable.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the image does not have a hypertext link or Web address associated with it.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, right-click the image, and then click Add to Favorites.
STATUS
The behavior is by design.
