SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to export a Comma-Separated Value file from Windows Address Book, the Address Book Export tool may display the following error message:
Error exporting the Address Book

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the location to which you are exporting the Address Book is full.

RESOLUTION

Export the Address Book again to a location with more free disk space.
