WD2000: Transparent Graphics Not Visible in Normal View (209625)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Word 2000, when you view a document in Normal view that contains a transparent picture, the picture does not reflect the transparent attribute as expected.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, view the document in Web Layout view. To do so, click Web Layout on the View menu.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
