When you try to use Internet Rover version 1.1 to download a data file
from the Internet, you may receive the following error message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program: C:\PROGRAM FILES\ROVER\ROVER.EXE Abnormal program termination
CAUSE
This issue occurs because Internet Rover version 1.1 is not totally compatible with the versions of Internet Explorer listed earlier in this article.
