WD97: FaxWorks Stops Responding When Faxing with a Cover Sheet (206039)

SYMPTOMS

When you print with a cover sheet to the FaxWorks 3.0d fax driver, Word and your FaxWorks fax software may both stop responding (hang).

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, turn off the Background Printing option in Microsoft Word. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Print tab, clear the Background printing check box.
  3. Click OK.
