Component Tracking Stops When You Use Library Package (202624)

SYMPTOMS

If a server package uses components in a library package, all component tracking for that server package stops. The numbers that are displayed for Objects, Activated, and In Call (in the Status View of the components folder for a server package) are no longer updated after the library components are created in the server package.

RESOLUTION

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem.
