SYMPTOMS

When attempting to run Outlook Setup, you may receive the following error message:
Glbsstub has performed and illegal operation in module unknown.....

RESOLUTION

To correct this problem, follow these steps:
  1. Quit Outlook.
  2. click Start, and then click Run.
  3. In Open, type: 

    Outlook /regserver

    NOTE: There is a space preceding the slash character (/).
  4. Click OK.
