SYMPTOMS

When you start Microsoft Expedia Streets 98 and click the Yellow Pages link, you may encounter either of the following symptoms:

  • Yellow Pages USA may not start.

  • You may be unable to export addresses from Yellow Pages USA.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the version of Yellow Pages USA installed on your computer is incompatible with Expedia Streets 98.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, obtain and install Microsoft Expedia Streets 98 Deluxe, version 1.0. This version of Expedia Streets 98 includes a compatible version of Yellow Pages USA.
