SYMPTOMS

When you copy or move items from Outlook (Email items, for example) directly to the directory structure of a disk that is full, the items are not copied, and no error message is generated.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.

MORE INFORMATION

Before you copy Outlook items to a floppy disk, make sure there is sufficient space for the files.
