The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Outlook 2000

This article was previously published under Q197070

SYMPTOMS

If you use the Net Folders feature in Microsoft Outlook and you open another user's shared Calendar using the Day, Work Week, or Week views, your Task List is displayed rather than the Task List of the other user. This occurs even if the other user has shared their Task folder with you.

RESOLUTION

In order to see the Task List of the other user, you must open their shared Task folder from your folder list.
