When you view a Web page in Internet Explorer, text using the <COMMENT>
Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) tag may be displayed.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the Web page contains over 32 kilobytes (KB) of
comments.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, remove some comments from the HTML source code,
and then view the Web page again. Continue this process until comments are
no longer displayed.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
