SYMPTOMS

When sending a fax with Symantec Fax Starter Edition, text in the message body that continues to a second page is not transmitted.

RESOLUTION

To send messages that continue to two pages or more, type the message in A text editor such as Microsoft Word, and then send the file as an attachment to the fax message, or send the fax from Word using the fax wizard.
