When you press the Sleep button on a Compaq 4700 series computer, you may
receive the following error message on a blue screen:
Invalid VxD dynamic link call from TRIVXD (01) 00000044 to device
"0026", service 2. Your windows configuration is invalid. Run the
windows setup program to correct this problem.
If you then press any key, your computer may stop responding (hang).
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, disable advanced power management in your
computer's Basic Input/Output System (BIOS). For information about how to
do so, see the documentation included with your computer, or contact
Compaq.
