CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you are using the WRQ @Guard program and the
Eliminate Script-Based Popup Windows feature is enabled.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, disable the Eliminate Script-Based Popup Windows
feature, and then empty your Temporary Internet Files folder. To do so,
use the following steps:
- Disable the Eliminate Script-Based Popup Windows feature. For
information about how to do so, view the documentation included with
@Guard, or contact WRQ.
- Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then
double-click Internet.
- Click Delete Files, click OK, and then click OK.
