CAUSE
This behavior can occur if your user name contains a number sign (#) or an
at sign (@). For example, this behavior can occur if your user name is "User#1" or "User@Work".
RESOLUTION
To prevent this behavior from occurring, do not use a number sign or an at
sign in your user name.
