Works: Copy Command Is Not Available in Works Calendar (193234)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to copy an appointment in Microsoft Works Calendar by clicking Copy on the Edit menu, the Copy command is not available.

To copy an appointment in Works Calendar, follow these steps:

On the View menu, click Day, Week, or Month.

NOTE: If you use Day view, we recommend that you click to select the Show Day In Hours command on the View menu.
Press and hold down the CTRL key, drag the appointment you want to copy to the date and time where you want the copied appointment to appear, and then release the CTRL key.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Works for Windows, version 4.5a.
