Plus! 98: Taskbar No Longer Scrolls Smoothly Using Auto Hide (191885)

When you install Microsoft Plus! 98, the taskbar may no longer smoothly
scroll up and down when the Auto Hide feature is enabled.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, enable the Show Windows Contents While Dragging
feature in the Display tool in Control Panel. To do this, follow these
steps:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Display.
- Click the Effects tab.
- Under Visual Effects, click to select the Show Window Contents While
Dragging check box.
- Click OK, and then close Control Panel.
- Restart the computer.
