Microsoft Home Publishing 99 has the following system requirements:

  • Personal computer with Pentium or higher processor running at 90-MHz or faster speed.

  • Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT operating system version 4.0 or later.

  • Quad-speed (4 speed) CD-ROM drive or better.

  • 16 MB of RAM for Windows 95 / Windows 98 (32 MB recommended); 32 MB for Windows NT 4.0 or later.

  • 60-145 MB of available hard disk space. 145 MB required if Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 SP1 or later and Picture It! Express are not already installed (Internet Explorer 4.01 is required and included. Picture It! Express is also included, but not required).
