Err Msg: You Are at the Top Level and Cannot Go Up Another Level (190744)

When you open a compressed folder, the Back button on the toolbar is
unavailable even if you select the Web Style folder option. In addition,
if you press the BACKSPACE key, you receive the following message:
You are at the top level and cannot go up another level. To see the
desktop, minimize any open windows.
RESOLUTION
To close the compressed folder, click the Close button in the upper-right
corner of the window, or click Close on the File menu.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.

Some Explorer functions have been eliminated to improve the performance of
your computer when you work with compressed folders.
