You may experience one or more of the following issues when you use Pocket Internet Explorer on a Handheld PC (H/PC).

  • The Back button may not work correctly when you view a Web page that uses frames.
  • Hyperlinks in Web pages that link to a folder may not work.
  • If you configure a Web page that contains graphics to be your desktop wallpaper, Microsoft recommends that you use the Tile display setting for the wallpaper.
  • If you save a bitmap using Pocket Internet Explorer, the file may not be converted correctly when you copy the file to a desktop computer.
  • If you save a graphic image, it is saved using the color palette of the H/PC.
  • A sound that loops on a Web page may not play properly.
