SYMPTOMS

When you open any message in Microsoft Outlook Express, it always opens the message in a small window. You can maximize the message but when you open another message or close and open the same message it will again be opened in a small window.

CAUSE

Outlook Express does not have an option to open new messages in a full screen or maximized Window. Outlook Express does save the size of the window you selected last time you opened the message.

RESOLUTION

If you open a message and instead of maximizing it, drag the four corners to stretch the window to almost full screen, Microsoft Windows 95 will remember the Window size and open all messages in a larger window.
