This article was previously published under Q189569 SYMPTOMS If you try to remove a Microsoft Windows 98 Game Pack that
you downloaded from the Windows Update Web site, the Games Pack may not appear
in the list that is in the Install/Uninstall tab of the Add/Remove Programs
dialog box.RESOLUTION You can use either of the following methods to remove the
Windows 98 Games Pack. Using Add/Remove Programs- Click Start, point to
Settings, and then click Control
Panel.
- Double-click Add/Remove
Programs.
- Click the Windows Setup tab, click to
select Accessories, and then click
Details.
- Click to clear the Games check box, and
then click OK.
Using the Windows Update Catalog- Visit the following Microsoft Web site:
- Click Product updates.
- After the catalog appears, click Show Installed
Updates.
- Click Uninstall next to the Windows 98
Games Pack on the list.
