SYMPTOMS

When you try to install the Sierra Custom Home 3D program, Setup may display a dialogue box that reads

Copying Files


with Yes and No buttons. If you then click Yes, Setup continues, and if you click No, Setup quits. This behavior may occur even though it did not occur in Microsoft Windows 95 without Internet Explorer version 4.0 or 4.01 installed, or before you upgraded to Windows 98.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, click Yes so that Setup can continue.
