GW Error: "The Task Bar Is So Large..." (189348)

SYMPTOMS

When you start Greetings Workshop, you may encounter the following error message:
The taskbar is so large that Greetings Workshop doesn't have enough room to work normally.

Please make the taskbar as small as possible on the bottom of the screen.
You will be unable to successfully start Greetings Workshop.

CAUSE

This error occurs if there is not enough viewable area in a 640x480 screen resolution to display the Greetings Workshop Desktop.

RESOLUTION

For information on how to change to a screen resolution to 800x600 or higher, follow these steps.

  1. Click Start, and then click Help.
  2. Click on the Index tab.
  3. Type resolution.
  4. Follow the directions for changing you screen resolution to set you screen size to 800x600 or higher.
