When you attempt to view a multimedia greeting in the Netscape Navigator
browser, you may encounter an error similar to the following:

no Java com/ms/mmctl30/Stage.Players method matching

CAUSE
This error has been confirmed with the following browsers:
- Netscape Navigator 3.03
- Netscape Navigator 3.04
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use Netscape Navigator version 3.02, 4.0, or
later.
MORE INFORMATION
Due to the advanced scripting used, the multimedia greetings created in
Greetings Workshop will not work with versions of Netscape Navigator
earlier than 3.02.
