SYMPTOMS

When you press F1 to start Help in the "Why upgrade to Microsoft Picture It!" screen, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot find the C:\Program Files\Plus!\Pie\Pintro.hlp file.

CAUSE

This error message occurs because the Pintro.hlp file is not included with Picture It! Express.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Picture It! Express.
