PPT98: Error 452 Saving Presentation in PowerPoint 3.0 Format (188727)

When you attempt to save your PowerPoint presentation in PowerPoint 3.0 format,
you receive the following error message:
Sorry, there was an error (452) accessing the file.
CAUSE
The presentation you are attempting to save at one point may have been
converted from PowerPoint for Windows 95, version 7.0, or PowerPoint 97 for
Windows format, and contains one or more object linking and embedding (OLE)
objects, such as an organization chart or graph object.
The PowerPoint translators used for saving in PowerPoint 3.0 format are
unable to translate these types of PowerPoint for Windows presentations,
even if the file has already been translated and saved in PowerPoint for the
Macintosh format.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed
at the beginning of this article.
