When you view Hilgraeve HyperTerminal Private Edition 3.0 Help, the Help
file associated with the version of HyperTerminal included with Windows 98

CAUSE
This behavior occurs because Windows 98 redirects calls made to the

To resolve this behavior, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files Or Folders.
- In the Named box, type htmlhelp.ini, and
then click Find Now.
- In the list of found files, double-click the Htmlhelp.ini file.
- Locate the following line in the [HELP_FINDER] section of the
Htmlhelp.ini file:
hypertrm.hlp=hypertrm.chm
- Disable this line by typing a semicolon (;) at the beginning of the
line.
- On the File menu, click Save, and then click Exit on the File menu.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this behavior is not caused by a problem
in Windows 98, but may be caused by design changes in Windows 98. For
more information about resolving this issue, contact the program's
manufacturer.
