German SBS Setup Does Not Stop When Standard Modem Is Detected (187363)

SYMPTOMS

If the setup of the German version of Small Business Server (SBS) detects a standard modem, it does not stop to ask whether you want to change the modem type.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.

MORE INFORMATION

If a standard modem is detected during the setup of SBS, SBS setup should stop and ask for an optional third-party driver. For the English version, this works fine. The German version of SBS just installs the standard modem without asking for an alternate driver.
