SYMPTOMS

When you try to use McAfee Quickbackup version 2.04 to access a backup file that is stored on a network share, you may receive the following error message:
Internet Explorer Script Error
Line: 113, Char: 1, Error: Unspecified error, Code: 0,
Do you want to continue running Scripts?

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, enable the view Web content in folders only for folders where I select "as Web Page" (View menu) feature. To do so, use the following steps:
  1. Double click My Computer, and then click Folder Options on the View menu.
  2. Click "Custom, based on settings that you choose", and then click Settings.
  3. Click "Only for folders where I select "as Web Page" (View menu)", click OK, and then click OK.
