When you synchronize Pocket Outlook information that contains ink notes, you may experience any of the following issues:

  • When you synchronize a Handheld PC (H/PC) with a desktop computer running Microsoft Schedule+, ink notes may not be saved.
  • When you synchronize Contacts that contain large ink notes, ActiveSync may stop responding (hang).
  • When you synchronize an H/PC with a desktop computer running Microsoft Outlook 97, ink notes may be damaged or incomplete.
