Error Message While Changing Display Settings (185766)

When you change the screen area using the Display tool in Control
Panel, you may receive the following error message:
Windows 95
Windows cannot implement your new display settings. Click OK,
and then choose different settings.
Windows 98
The display control panel is unable to change the display settings.
Please check your display hardware in device manager.
After you receive the error message you are unable to change the screen
area.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if NetMeeting is running on the computer.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, quit NetMeeting, and then use the Display tool
to change the screen area.
