When copying data between two multihomed computers, the client computer may
receive the following error:
Unexpected network error has occurred
CAUSE
This only occurs when the connection is established using an IP address,
instead of using the Netbios name. The server terminates an existing
connection incorrectly.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the
