When you attempt to print from Microsoft Publisher to a Canon printer you may
receive the following error message:
Microsoft Publisher caused a General Protection Fault in module
UCS16.DLL at 0001:0000A3CF.
CAUSE
Publisher is attempting to print using a legacy printer driver. Typically this
problem occurs if the Canon printer driver is using the Usc16.dll and the
Canbj31.drv file, which are Windows 3.1 driver files.
RESOLUTION
You can download and install the latest Windows 95 driver for your Canon printer
