WD98: Fax Wizard Doesn't Include Recipients on Cover Sheet (184580)

When using the Fax Wizard, if you do not include the recipient's fax
number, the Fax Wizard does not set up the document as a mail merge main
document and does not include the recipient's information in the fax cover
sheet.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article.

If you use the Fax Wizard with multiple recipients and include the fax
numbers along with the recipients' names, the wizard creates a mail merge
main document with the fields Name and Fax Number.
The wizard stores your recipients' information in a temporary file until
you click Send Fax Now on the Fax Wizard toolbar. It then completes the
mail merge and sends the fax to the recipients.
