RPC Mishandles Changes in the Number of IP Addresses (183705)

The remote procedure call (RPC) transport enumerates all the IP addresses
to get the number of addresses. After the first enumeration, RPC will
enumerate the IP addresses again to fill in the data structure. If the
number of addresses changes between the first and second enumerations, RPC
will not return the correct number of addresses to higher-level functions.
