If you call the function SetVerbState() to enable MMC_VERB_PRINT, it does
not enable any printing functionality or cause Print to appear on the
Action or Context menus.

In version 1.0 of the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) console there is
no support for printing. The verb MMC_VERB_PRINT is available because it is
expected that this functionality will be included in a future release of
the console.
