PRB: MOVE 0 Works Only with RDO Server-Side Cursors (181720)

This article was previously published under Q181720 SYMPTOMS "MOVE 0" fails to refresh the contents of a record with the
current contents of the database after an UPDATE fails. CAUSE A client-side cursor is being used. RESOLUTION Make sure cursordriver is set to rdUseServer or
rdUseIfNeeded. Some databases do not support server-side cursors.
