Graphics Not Displayed on Desktop or in WebTV for Windows (181510)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to view graphics on the desktop or in WebTV for Windows, the graphics may not be visible.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if your computer is not configured to display graphics.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, configure your computer to display graphics. To do so, use the following steps:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Internet.
  2. Click the Advanced tab, scroll to the Multimedia branch, and then click the Show Pictures check box to select it.
  3. Click OK.
