To search specific folders for any e-mail message addressed or carbon copied to a specific person, follow these steps:
  1. On the Tools menu, click Advanced Find.
  2. In the Look For list, click Messages.
  3. Click Browse, select the folders you want to search, and then click OK.
  4. In the "Search for the word(s)" box, type the person's name as it appears in the e-mail message.
  5. From the "In" list, click "frequently-used text fields" and click Find Now.
The frequently-used text fields include the To, Cc, From, and Message fields. To narrow your search to specific fields, on the Advanced tab you can build specific criteria.
