SUMMARY

This article describes how to import your e-mail messages from the Internet Mail portion of Microsoft Internet Mail and News 1.0, to your Microsoft Outlook 98 folders.

You can import Internet mail and the Windows Address book (WAB) during the same Import session.

Import Internet Mail into Outlook 98

  1. On the File menu, click Import and Export.
  2. Click to select "Import Internet Mail and Addresses," and then click Next.
  3. Click to select your previous Internet mail program; to also import the WAB, make sure that Import Address book is selected.
  4. Click to select the destination for imported addresses, and select the appropriate options. Click Finish.
